All the Windows 10 devices in the Seattle office must be enrolled in Intune automatically when the devices are joined to or registered with Azure AD. The answer are correct.

I was super-confused on why it would be the userGroup and not the DeviceGroup as well. It's because in MDM Autoenrollment, your only option is for selecting the MDM User Scope.
