Found it, link provided: CQD won't provide the root cause for every scenario CQD won't contain Phone System or Audio Conferencing streams CQD will call out areas for further investigation based on trends

Quite difficult to pinpoint the statements related to CQD, but I think the given answers should be correct. "Call data gives you usage metrics, but it won't necessarily lead you to the root cause for poor call quality" and you also can analyze Teams media streams, not necessarily Phone Systems streams, which leaves "trends" as the only viable true statement.
