Selected Answer: E
"Group1 and Group2 are members of the Remote Desktop Users group." and Domain Admin inherently has RDP privilege. I think this is E.

I have a random thought. Its not even an option...but why can't User21 rdp to it? It's a local admin on the computer.

Has anyone actually tested this or encountered this question on test? I am super confused by this question because from what I have learned thus far, remote desktop requires you to specify which users are authorized to connect. Even domain admin. So, as the admin, you log into whichever computer you'd like to setup as the remote desktop and add the authorized users to this group. This is configured via control panel system settings.

I am going with A. Since admin has not been added to remote desktop users group.

Domain admins are added into the RDP group by default so they can remote into it.

Admin1 is a domain admin - But he is not in the Remote Desktop users group. So how can he connect to computer 2 There only User 2 can connect. Answer A

As far as i know. If an workstation is member of a Domain then the Domain Admins have RDP access to this workstation. Control Panel -> System -> Remote Settings -> Select Users: Above the Add button it says domain.local\administrator already has access.

I don't understand. Deny access this this computer from the network will also block user access computer use Remote Desktop service? Another policy named , Deny logon on through Remote Desktop service policy should have control this? so My answer will be D, Admin1 and User2 only

https://www.vkernel.ro/blog/blocking-remote-access-for-local-accounts-by-group-policy Reference this. Deny access this computer from the network also will effect Remote Desktop service access. So , the answer should be D not E.

Group 1 and Group 2 are members of the Remote Desktop Users group on Computer 2. User2 is a member of Group 2 so that user can remote in.

Good point, it is not mentined anywhere to have access. Only Deny is specified, albeit not for Group 2. It is not stated who has Access from the network (like RDP).

But I assume that members of Remote Desktop Users also have Access from the network. So after all, the anser seems correct.

Because User2 is a member of Group2 that is a member of the Remote Desktop Users, and he is not a member of Group1 that has a Deny policy of logon via network.
