I disagree with A as the answer, I think it should be B. Enterprise State Roaming (ESR) is to allow the user to have the same settings on multiple devices. "Enterprise state roaming allows to sync user settings and application settings securely across corporate azure domain joined devices. " http://www.rebeladmin.com/2017/12/step-step-guide-enable-enterprise-state-roaming-azure-active-directory/
