I think B is correct because you are using the recurrence option where you have to perform an automatic task on a regular basis but if you go to Data management you have to import Updated data that's why we can not put this on reccurance.

"B" is the correct answer i think, since the question is about "performance". You should enable multi-threading for this ?

Answer is correct because we do not enable Data Import Recurrence, instead we create Batch job and we set is recurrence to every day.

I think that the answer is wrong, it should be 'Yes' as the question specifies 'every day', recurring is the good answer
