answer correct - show only private store 2 ways, via group policy or via MDM - both ways require win10 enterprise https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-store/manage-access-to-private-store

What if Windows 10 enterprise is not enrolled to intune and you use a group policy? What are your thoughts about this guys?

At the beginning the statement is "Microsoft 365 E5 tenant" The device #1 have to switch automatically from Win10 Pro to Win10 Enterprise with E5 license...

Answer seems correct. Link references that it's only applicable to Enterprise edition. So long as a device is enrolled within Intune, should take policy enforcements
