Surely this should be A and D? Group Call Pickup implies that the user can certainly accept an inbound call, but they would struggle to call out as the same number? Call delegation would be better suited as you're able to make and receive calls on behalf of someone else (suggesting the shared single number)

I agree, A & D. Call Queues now support different Calling Line Identities if you use Voice Enabled Channels (Use Teams Channels as Agent List). Group Call Pickup can only receive calls. Delegates can make and receive calls if the permissions are set accordingly.

Lets Break this Down, - The question says each correct answer is a complete solution. Call Queues - You can receive calls and make calls using the Call Queue number. Group Call - You can only set up incoming calls you cannot call out from group call. Delegate - You can receive and place call . So my answer would be A& D.

Why C: The call sharing and group call pickup features of Microsoft Teams let users share their incoming calls with colleagues so that the colleagues can answer calls that occur while the user is unavailable.

Group call cannot call out so C is wrong. Answer is D as explained by many others

Incoming call using Group call pick up may be assigned to more than 2 users. Also Users in Group call pick up means, they can't use "Call via" feature unlike Call Delegation. The answer should be A and D.

Call pickups is wrong. That only answers the calls, it does not call out. It should be Call queue and delegates.

A and D it is. Tested in lab. Call queues can have calling number line assigned to it and call delegation as we all know can share the calling party number.

As well as call delegation gives the delegate the ability to do outbound call with calling number ID of the person the user is delegate of.

Call delegate is for users to make or receive calls on someone's behalf. (not really to share the same number), and mainly used in the PA setup. I would go for Call Queues and Group pickup.
