The answer is D and A Modify target mapping on entity list then Generate mapping

I would agree with this. The explanation linked to the answer doesn't apply to the question. The explanation states that validation is run when the validate or generate target mapping buttons are pressed...that has nothing to do with the actual question. It actually suggests that B is not part of the answer because the validation is run automatically when you generate the mapping, so why would you need to click both?
