agree a poorly worded Q and maybe they have replaced groups with Teams Channel in this context maybe they are testing whether you understand 365 Groups underpin Teams channels

The answer is wrong. You cannot see call queue history unless added to a channel. This only answers part of the question so for me it is NO.

is it possible to see the call queue history if it is assigned to M365 group? i was thinking that is only possible if you assign call queue to a teams channel.

I agree. It's a very poorly worded question though. Because of "must minimize the administrative effort" I would also go with B. No because if you use an M365 Group, the voicemails will be delivered by email and not directly in Teams / the Voice Enabled Channel.
