it should be Call Park Policies, Call park lets people put a call on hold and transfer it to other people within your organization.

Forwarding - When u select transfer, call auto goes on hold while u enter name/number to transfer. Call park - call is put on hold with a code generated, however call is NOT TRANSFERRED. Call HAS TO BE RETRIEVED.

Call forwarding – Routes calls to another number immediately; not about placing calls on hold. all calls have to be retrieved, in call park the call is transferred by the user who puts the call on hold. so, I don't know why you would say that. Call park easy tip "Park it now, give keys to someone else and they pick it up later" —perfect for hold and transfer

Call park policies does not forward. It puts the call on hold and the receptionist makes an announcement with a code. Call forwarding is the right answer.
