I have seen several questions talking about Data Performance Logs. I believe the exams are focused on latest versions of Dynamics. This feature as per best of my knowledge, has been removed now. The Settings->Administration doesn't offer this option. Considering this, the only option available is to check Diagnostic Tool. Also, need to understand from someone who has already attempted the exam if such questions are still in exam as it doesn't make any sense to question about already removed functionality

Looks closest to right answer. "Data Perform view" is odd wording, as it's called "Data Performance" or "Data Performance Logs". But this is the most logical answer. D might apply if the system was generally sluggish, but not for one specific scenario such as noted. A and C make no sense.
