I think the answer to the second one is also Alert. There is no dedicated standard workflow available for fixed assets approval or acquisition. There however is a way to setup an alert on the Fixed Assets Additions screen.

I am a bit confused because FA might be approved through a PO or vendor invoice workflow. In which case a notification can be sent through the Workflow itself. This is a poorly worded question.

A lot of the MB300 questions are badly worded, even the official practice questions from Microsoft are very badly worded.

Both answers is correct I think. for the second answer, If you set "alert" for purchasing from fixed asset book status or other relevant fields, you can set only for specific fixed asset not all fixed assets.
