It´s ok but when you select the 2 columns to merge, first select Firstname and second SecondName and then merge.

Definitely correct. Tips to replicate yourself if you want to be sure: 1st: When splitting the column by delimiter, enter a two-char custom delimiter of comma followed by space. This way you will get rid of the space before FirstName. 2nd: prior to clicking on "merge columns" select the FirstName column and then LastName column (hold the ctrl key while clicking column headers). 3rd: on "Merge Column" dialog, select the space separator so that the required space is added between first and last names.

It's 100% Split by Delimiter then Merge Columns. 1st step is Split by Delimiter - in the step options you can account for the ", " using custom delimiter ", " and split at the right-most delimiter - check you're splitting into 2 columns (your two expected name components). 2nd step, Merge Columns, merge and as an option include the space when combining columns (don't forget to select First Name then Last Name before using the Merge Columns action).

Tested, go with HiJaak, 1. split column by delimiter (comma); 2. change the order of the columns (L+F --> F+L) 3. Merge the columns (F+L --> F(space)L). 4. load to table.

I don't have the command "Merge columns", only Concatenate. I will go with Split and Move to beginning

The correct answer is 1- "Split Column by Delimter" 2- "Merge Columns" Once you split the columns, the comma isn't there anymore, then you merge both columns and change the order

I Tested this by myself. As many have said, the correct answers are: 1. Split column by delimiter 2. Merge columns (of couse, selecting first Firstname column and then Lastname)

First of all, we have to remove the comma, so we can use "replace values" to remove the comma, then "split by Delimiter" and finally "Append columns". The answer given is right

No need to remove the comma, you split by Delimiter and use comma as delimiter. 1. Split column by delimiter 2. Merge columns, selecting first Firstname column and then Lastname

This cant be correct. Lastname, Firstname needs to become Firstname Lastname, so you need to change the order

You are right. To obtain the requested form the steps should be: 1. Split by Delimiter, 2, Change the order of the columns, 3. Merge the columns. There are only the first two steps that should be mentioned. Unfotunately I don't know if "reordering columns" could be the "move to beginning"... Also it could be Replace Value then Spli, even the "replace" as first step is not necesary - in this case would be 4 steps to complete the solution and usually Microsoft is looking for "less effort".

Correct, so the answer should be: 1. Split by delimiter, 2. Merge columns

Yes I agree answer is Split by delimiter and then Merge Columns. Merger Columns will by default push the 2nd column as left most value. So first name will by default be at first.
