Definetely A. Forget marking, QoS and DSCP... it's Microsoft Exam about a CLOUD solution. QoS won't help you a bit if you're using the Internet... you're doing too many assumption guys, stick to facts.

I am sorry but this is an assumption and its incorrect. The correct answer is B
My issue with B is that it says to assign a bit rate limit to all users in Region 1, not just the site. A can be targeted at users at that particular site, but B would affect users at other sites, even if they have 1.5GB connections.

sorry i take back my last comment, this is the most brilliant and tricky question.
The keyword here is "site" bandwidth is 1.5 Mbps not user's bandwidth, video requires a minimum of 150 kbps per user's call so the bandwidth can't handle even 10 video calls concurrently.
Disabling video would be the only solution to ensure audio calls can go on (atleast 25 audio calls can go on in recommended 58kbps per user)
In this exact case, the correct answer is A. If there is a meeting policy applied, then users will have the video restriction everywhere, not only in that single office.
B- Correct bc the instructions talk about 1.5-Mb internet connection which is 1,500 Kbps.

This is a very tricky question, both A and B can potentially be the correct answer depending on how you interpret the question. It asks "You need to ensure that ALL USERS AT THE SITE have a good voice experience". I would say A is the correct answer, cause it asks for ALL USERS, the roaming policy will basically ensure everyone not just the site user but also users visiting the site will have good Audio as the roaming policy will override any media bit rate settings done on the meeting policy. While 'B' refers only to users assigned with that policy, if you have other users coming into the site that is not assigned with the same policy they can potentially have bad audio quality due to the site bandwidth limitation.

Microsoft Teams will dynamically optimize for the best experience it can give based on the bandwidth available. If the Teams client detects packet loss or other network issues, it will ramp down audio and video quality. If the network is uncontested, it will optimize for quality and use more bandwidth.
Microsoft Teams does have an option to limit the average bit rate of calls and meetings, this is called the Media bit rate (MBR).

Maybe controversial, but I'd vote B here. I don't know why you would want to limit or remove video completely when you can reduce the bandwidth limits. By limiting the site to the recommended one-to-one 1.5Mbps, they could at least do some video and screen sharing, but would also ensure voice should work too. Might be wrong, but seems plausible.

A is a valid answer too, but seems a bit of a blunt way to get to the end goal. It's a bit like saying give someone Global Admin rights, instead of Teams Admin, both do the job.
