Answer C is correct. Go to TAC --> Permission policies --> Make sure Third-party apps and Custom apps are set to "Block all apps". For Microsoft apps choose Allow specific apps and block all others --> Add Lists, Projects, Bulletins, OneNote and PowerApps to the list.

This has been changed. Now it is in Manage Apps instead of Permission Policies.

No longer relevant. The Teams "Permission policies" redirect you to "Manage Apps". TAC --> Permission policies, and then click the "Open Manage Apps" from the page displayed. The only option.
