Correct Screen sharing diagnostic data is contained in the media logs (blog log files). Media logging is turned on by default for some computers based on CPU but endusers must make sure the media logs is turned on.

Pretty sure the answer is wrong. 1: Enable Media Logging as it's off by default so needs to be turned on. 2: On a mac, Collect Logs by pressing Option + Command + Shift +1 I'm not a Mac person so have no idea about the other logs, the article cited only talks about Linux.
