Correct Answers are: 1. Conditional Access Policy 2. Azure Active Directory 3. Advise user to sign in by using the desktop app. MS 740 Microsoft Training - Check out the video at the bottom of the page. The policy only blocks Teams Web App and not the desktop client. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/troubleshoot-issues-signing-into-microsoft-teams/3-review-configure-conditional-access?ns-enrollment-type=LearningPath&ns-enrollment-id=learn.wwl.troubleshoot-microsoft-365-teams

Or it can be "Advice user to enroll the device with Microsoft Intune"

The answer should be "Advice user to sign in by using the desktop app", as the error says it can be accessed through Desktop client

Which action should you perform so that the user can sign in? The answer could either be - "Advice user to sign in by using the desktop app" or Advice user to enroll the device with Microsoft Intune. The question isn't clear to help us identify which could be the best answer.

I would go for "advice user to enrolle the device with Microsoft Intune" because in the message it says "devices or client applications that meet Contoso Management Compliance Policy" For me this is a hint that it has to be an intune enrolled device.

I think it's easier to use a desktop app than to enroll the devise with Intune, and the message also says "...or client applications"

keep in mind, user would not know how to enroll in Intune on its own. :)
