Can anybody explain why the selection of "Poor Stream Rate" and "More then 3 percent" ? Why not "Audio Stream" ?

Take look in the link from the solution: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/quality-of-experience-review-guide In the table of the point Define your target metrics there quality targets. The overall target for audio stream rate is 3% there. I can not really tell you, why you have to take poo stream rate and not audio stream, but in the link they are almost just talking about the poor stream rate.

Because there in no "audio streams" in Teams, all media traffic flows are called just "streams" between clients or between a client and a server.
