Correct The teachers license is STANDARDWOFFPACK_FACULTY (aka Office 365 A1 for faculty) Office Support and Microsoft docs states that a Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 license or a Office 365 A3 or A5 license is required to organize a live event. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/get-started-with-microsoft-teams-live-events-d077fec2-a058-483e-9ab5-1494afda578a https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/plan-for-teams-live-events Microsoft docs states that one of the following licenses is required in order to produce or present a live event: A Microsoft or Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3 or E5 license, [or] a Microsoft or Office 365 Education A1, A3 or A5 license. So the teacher has sufficient license to produce and present the live event with the A1 license but cant organize/schedule it which is why the answer is correct.

Is the licensing sufficient for the teachers to schedule live events = YES - To produce or present: A Microsoft or Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3 or E5 license, [or] a Microsoft or Office 365 Education A1, A3 or A5 license. "STANDARDWOFFPACK_FACULTY" = "Office 365 Education E1 for Faculty" Is a network trace needed to troubleshoot the issue = NO - This is not required as the Live Event has not happened. Does the teacher's policy allow for the creation of Live events? = YES - The teacher does have the policy to create the Live Event because in the diagram the policy is set to True. From Microsoft, Live event scheduling in Teams enabled (The TeamsMeetingBroadcastPolicy -AllowBroadcastScheduling parameter = True).

Correct~ To organize: A Microsoft or Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3, or E5 license, [or] a Microsoft or Office 365 Education A3 or A5 license. To produce or present: A Microsoft or Office 365 Enterprise E1, E3 or E5 license, [or] a Microsoft or Office 365 Education A1, A3 or A5 license. The exception to this requirement is guest users can present without a license if the other criteria for guest users is met.

Honestly, the questions asked here aren't straight forward. Is the licensing sufficient for the teachers to schedule live events? -STANDARDWOFFPACK-FACULTY, I preseume it's "Office 365 A1" which offers Teams Services. Hence my answer for this would be "Yes" Is a network trace needed to troubleshoot the issue? - There is no requirement for network trace for a feature / scheduling issue. Hence my answer for this would be "No" Does the teacher's policy allow for the creation of live events? - The policies displayed here are "Meeting Policies" and NOT "Live events policies". Assuming there is no custom "Live events policies" assigned to this teacher I would say my answer for this would be "Yes"
