You have 2 ways to send this email: Email Client or via SMTP (as described on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/fin-ops/organization-administration/configure-email?toc=%2Fdynamics365%2Fcommerce%2Ftoc.json#send-mail-via-a-local-mail-client) Until l version 5.0 Exchange Server came bundled with an email client called Microsoft Exchange Client. This was discontinued in favor of Microsoft Outlook. Dynamics 365 don't have an Email client. Now, you can use a 3rd party email service to send emails (i.e. mailchimp). Now, accordingly to the documentation, and as this is for testing purposes, I would choose B
