The answer is D but the question is wrong. It's "Sponsorable Articles" and not "Sponsorship article"

Sponsorable articles are items that are visibly present at the event and feature a sponsor's logo or message. These articles typically include small freebies that are given away to event attendees, but they could also be some type of infrastructure or facility that is provided to event attendees. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/create-event-marketing/5-sessions So if landrover was sponsoring a scout event by giving on of their cars for the use of construction work, and a day rent would be 120$, we would add this as a sponsorship article (needless to say that the landrover would have to be returned…) of type equipment.

Against B: The question doesn’t even say what sponsoring (type) it is. And B suggests Equipment but it could also be money. Would distribution of (edible…) cookies be “equipment” too (equipment sounds odd to me, service like “cookie experience” not any better), assuming a cookie factory would sponsor their cookie (samples).

Both B & D can be the answer cuz the question didn't specify if the items are freebies to be given away in the event. If only sponsor items, then B, if those are freebies event given away to event attendees, then D.
