Live events relies on Azure CDN services, which may be unavailable in some countries. As an administrator, you might need to set up a VPN in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to connect to your corporate network for these apps to work seamlessly. Once that's complete, people in your organization can schedule and attend live events. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/MicrosoftTeams/teams-live-events/plan-for-teams-live-events

B and C are correct answers. Event team members and attendees will not be able to use Teams live events because Azure CDN is not accessible in China. A workaround is to use a company VPN connection, which gets the client connected to CDN via the customer's corporate network. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/stream/live-event-troubleshooting - article date 25-02-22

I would go for A and C https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-live-events/plan-for-teams-live-events "Maximum number of concurrent live events per Microsoft 365 or Office 365 organization 15" "China: Event team members and attendees will not be able to use Teams live events because Azure CDN is not accessible in China. A workaround is to use a company VPN connection, which gets the client connected to CDN via the customer's corporate network."

Then wouldn't the answers be B and C? The question doesn't mention that there are ongoing live events. This ("China: Event team members and attendees will not be able to use Teams live events because Azure CDN is not accessible in China. A workaround is to use a company VPN connection, which gets the client connected to CDN via the customer's corporate network.") pretty much answers B and C.
