Messaging policies: Messaging policies are used to control what chat and channel messaging features are available to users in Teams. You can use the Global (Org-wide default) policy or create one or more custom messaging policies for "people in your organization" Where do you see GUEST? lol

Calling policies: Calling policies are used to control what calling features are available to people in Teams. You can use the Global (Org-wide default) policy and customize it or create one or more custom calling policies for "people that have phone numbers in your organization" There is no calling policy for guest, because there is NO phone number for guest lol

As per the case study - " Guest users must be prevented from making private calls" You create a custom calling policy and disable the function to make private calls - URL - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-calling-policy The company works with Microsoft.com and PartnerCompanyLTD.com and are using SfB. C is incorrect - as the case study - " Guest users should only be allowed to chat from their own accounts " - so they are allowing the chat function. D is incorrect - Messaging policies are used to control which chat and channel messaging features are available to users (owners and members) in Microsoft Teams.

It is A, D because there is no such a thing as Guest Access Policy. There are Guest Access Settings. Although, the desired effect could also be achieved by modifying the settings (answers B,C), the test authors are obviously checking our attentiveness here.

The policies cannot be assigned to guest users, the only thing you can do is to adjust Guest access settings, even if it is "guest access policy" in this question this must be the correct answer. Under Guest access you have the possibility to turn of the setting "Make private calls" and "Chat", and this applies to all guest users.
