Just passed the exam today. This question was included and Microsoft updated the the answer C to TLS 1.2....Thus leaving A to be the only correct answer.

C has been updated to TLS 1.2 and it has also updated answer A to something like " vanity domain of voice.contoso.com has been added. "

A is correct. B and D doesnt make any sense. In my testlab with an audiocodes ve sbc tls 1.2 is preconfigured for teams in the sbc wizard. So you only need to add the correct certificate to the Teams tls context with CN = Device Name

should not be C? If the TLS connection is closed right away and SIP options are not received from the SBC, or if 200 OK is not received from the SBC, then the problem might be with the TLS version. The TLS version configured on the SBC should be 1.2 or higher.

On an audiocodes sbc there is Tls 1.2 preselected if you are running the sbc Wizard.
