B. NO - Topic3, Question 48, 57, &58 pose this same question with alternative solutions. The answer is in question 48. The PowerShell command for New-ComplianceSecurityFilter must originate from the M365 Compliance Command Center. “Use the New-ComplianceSecurityFilter cmdlet to create compliance security filters in the Microsoft 365 compliance center. These filters allow specified users to search only a subset of mailboxes and SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business sites in your Microsoft 365 organization”.
