form list list Components: list - to render a list of records form - used for inserting, editing, or displaying a single record IFrame - for embedding a webpage from another site connector - not a Power Pages component! https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/add-list

1. Form 2. List (if focusing on the page component)...but you do need a SharePoint connector as a prerequisite to create a Dataverse virtual table to get the SharePoint data into the list in the first place. 3. List

note it says "display" . It cannot be connectors, not as a visible page component. - more like back-end data - while Form, list and Iframe falls in display , but Iframe used for embedding external content. List: Used for displaying multiple records. Form: Used for displaying or editing a single record. In other words: Form ( single record) list (RecordS) list (RecordS)

Form-List-List Form - is a component allows you to display and edit a single record from Microsoft Dataverse on a web page. Connector - component allows you to display data from external sources, such as Microsoft SharePoint, on a web page. Form List List The "form" component is typically used to display the details of a single record, such as a contact or an account, in a structured and organized way, allowing users to view and edit the information. This makes it an ideal choice for displaying a single record from Microsoft Dataverse, as it allows users to view and edit the information in a clear and intuitive way. The "list" component, on the other hand, is used to display a collection of records in a tabular or grid format, such as a list of contacts or accounts. This makes it an ideal choice for displaying a list of records from a Microsoft SharePoint list or Microsoft Dataverse, as it allows users to view and interact with a large number of records in a compact and easy-to-navigate format. IFrame is used to embed external website or pages into your portal, and connector is used to connect your portal with other systems.

Form (can't be list, it says "single") Connector (These are Portals (now called Pages) and have direct access to Dataverse, not SP, so a connector is needed) List (self explanatory really, "a list of records")

Form - Connector - List. For answer 1: Form -> New/Edit -> Mode -> Read Only: "Indicates the form should display an existing record's non-editable form." Source: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/portals/add-form

Form is not designed for displaying data. "Form is a data-driven configuration that collects data in the portal without the need for a developer to surface the form in the portal."
