In the question, it is not mentioned that company is using Power BI. Report can be of any form for e.g an excel workbook or any document. One should not assume that "report" us tge Power BI report. Also I have seen example where the client has M365 license but no Power BI license, so M365 does not mean that client would use Power BI.

Guys this is a repeated question same as question #144 but option D. is switched instead of CDS it says dataverse i belive the given answers are correct.

Anytime you see Microsoft 365 Dynamics and the word " synchronize" in the question then it means Dataverse. The Power BI is a distractor answer

"Dataverse" might be it after all if I understood the information in the follwing link correctly: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/data-synchronization. The common data integration patterns include taking data from an external system and pushing it into Dataverse, taking data from Dataverse and synchronizing it to some external data store, or updating Dataverse with external data. Microsoft Dataverse can automatically generate generic reports. Whilst you can indeed create reports in Power BI, there is no mention of creating visualizations or completing data manipulations etc. Thus, in my opinion, Power BI is beyond the scope of this question and the answer is DE.

PowerBI can both query an SQL and send a report. However it can't sync it.... Really don't know
