Suggested Answer:
Box 1: No -
A virtual table is a definition of a table in the Dataverse platform without the associated physical tables for table instances created in the Dataverse database.
Instead during runtime, when a table instance is required, its state is dynamically retrieved from the associated external system.

Box 2: Yes -
Columns in forms: In the form designer, drag any columns from the Columns Explorer into the section on the form.

No: In the past, to integrate the disparate data sources you would need to create a connector to move data or develop a custom plug-in, either client or server-side. However, with virtual tables you can connect directly with an external data source at runtime so that specific data from the external data source is available in an environment, without the need for data replication https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/data-platform/create-edit-virtual-entities Yes:

We can connect to external db's and have a live connection but, in the given scenario - anything about external tables is not mentioned. So it should be yes

Read through the reference here and understood that there is a difference. DataVerse does not hold Virtual Data, it only allows you to perform CRUD operations on these data, they reside in Finance and Operations app(as the data Source) 1. NO 2. YES

A virtual table is a custom table in Microsoft Dataverse that has columns containing data from an external data source. Virtual tables appear in your app to users as regular table rows, but contain data that is sourced from an external database, such as an Azure SQL Database

I'm not sure about your first answer because virtual tables are copies from a original tables and they are not saved physically..

Agree: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/get-started-with-powerapps-common-data-service/2b-dual-write-vs-virtual-table#:~:text=Virtual%20tables%20(also%20known%20as%20virtual%20entities)%20enable%20the%20integration%20of%20data%20residing%20in%20external%20systems%20by%20seamlessly%20representing%20that%20data%20as%20tables%20in%20Microsoft%20Dataverse%2C%20without%20replication%20of%20data%20and%20often%20without%20custom%20coding. Virtual tables (also known as virtual entities) enable the integration of data residing in external systems by seamlessly representing that data as tables in Microsoft Dataverse, without replication of data and often without custom coding.

Second question doesn't have a reference for it's answer. Also, virtual tables are not even mentioned in "PL-900T00-A - Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals" coursework
