Enforcing the GPO is a bit overkill. I'm not even sure if enforcing GPO1 will enable it (as you can see it's disabled). Even if it does enable it, the question doesn't say anything about changing GPO precedence. The only way enabling it won't work is if one of the GPOs that will be processed after GPO1 has all the configurations of GPO1, thus overwriting it. But that's a lot of assumptions to make. I'll test out if enforcing a disabled GPO enables it and comment back within a few days.

@weng I have confirmed right now in my homelab that enforcing a GPO whose link is disabled does not enable it, so answer B cannot be correct. I stand by A being the correct answer
