You need to use the Schema snap-in to find the schema master. The Schema snap-in is not installed by default but can be installed by using Schmmgmt.dll.

The answer is correct. With this procedure we can see three of the five operations masters, the masters at the domain level, which are: RID, PDC Emulator and Infrastructure. However, we cannot see either the Schema Master or the Domain Naming Master since they are forest level masters.
