C is right OOTB you can link an FD to Site but not warehouse

Likely D because the company doesn't require separate legal entities but requires warehouses to store raw material and finished product inventory. C is partly right but you need warehouses as well.

If C is rights, then why not D. If we're not creating 2 different legal identities then both C or D should be correct.

We can create multiple warehouses under the two sites if required and still track financial by site.

C is correct, because it is not possible to assign financial dimension to warehouses and to sites it is possible.
