I checked. If date_id has a format of "yyyymmdd" then the FORMAT from date_id with "MMM YYYY" is not working

The answer should be D because the question does not mention the column name 'Date' in the Date table therefore instead of assumption we should use the information in question that is the date_id column in the yyyymmdd format

D is correct the reasons as follow 1. users must be able to see the month in reports as shown in the following example: Feb 2020. 2 it doesn't exist "date" column in the date table.
