No, configuring the Auto-shutdown settings on Host1 does not meet the goal. Auto-shutdown settings are used to schedule when a VM should be automatically shut down, but they do not prevent new user sessions from being directed to the VM while allowing existing sessions to continue. To achieve your goal, you should change the Drain mode of Host1.
