https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-voice/satisfaction-metrics-report is a default report and nps is part of it already: maybe if someone has customized the report before and removed the nps, in such case this would be a solution. but putting such things as assumptions, i would not do that. i assume the marketing was using microsoft templates and best pratices and "the" report is the default one.

adding the question does not make appear the responses for the 4500 answers received: as far as i understood the question, the nps question is part of this survey (of course!) but there must be some other (technical) root cause why the responses received (!), are just not shown: No

" the marketing department has been sending customer satisfaction surveys " sending a satisfaction survey with no NPS question, seriously?! is like sending a satisfaction report without asking for the satisfaction :-)

for "these" results no, because if ever the question had not been asked, from the 4500 answers there would still be no result "You want to see these results."

Is this not No - if you only see the results after the question has been added (e.g any new ones after that has been added?) - therefore all the 4500 responses before won't have a score as didn't exist prior?
