  • B. Ask the owner of the custom entity records to grant specific users read and write access to the records.

I vote for C. A need to set up each records, that is 25 places.

On balance, best answer is C. But it's another badly worded question; what is meant by "manage access from one place"? Not standard MS terminology. There are downsides to A, C and D A - This "manages access from 1 place" but doesn't mention giving Security Role access to the custom entity; so the Users still won't see the records if they are just put in an Access Team C - this seems the best answer but means managing access from 2 places: Team and Security Role (although once the SR is set up, access would be managed just from within the Team) D - this would give access to ALL Users with that Security Role, not just the group that needs it

Why not D? With A or C you cannot manage access from one place

Correct Answer is A. Refer to the following MS Documentation for understanding the answer. Link:https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/developer/use-access-teams-owner-teams-collaborate-share-information

Access teams are defined per record, so you would need to add users to 25 access teams. No way to manage from one place
