1. Vai su Impostazioni > Personalizzazioni. 2. Selezionare Personalizza il sistema. 3. In Componenti, espandere Entità, quindi selezionare l'entità Lead. 4. Selezionare Campi. 5. Selezionare il campo Valutazione e fare clic su Modifica. 6. Impostare il valore predefinito su Freddo. 7. Fare clic su Salva e chiudi. 8. Fare clic su Pubblica tutte le personalizzazioni. 9.
