The Answer is A B - is not appropriate because you can only have a single subject tree C - is not appropriate because you can only have a single subject tree D - is not appropriate because subject trees are not applicable to Teams

Answer = B. Can you create a subject tree with a subject. You can refer (link) to a parent subject but that is not necessary if it is the top level) of your tree. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UKI9xi2_8cw So you can make as many trees

what about option B ? in the question they are asking to implement subject treeS (plural) to create the hierarchy and it is possible to create hierarchies for separate entities.
