Looking for updates to Windows? As of November 2016, Microsoft Windows Updates are now available for download from the Microsoft Update Catalog only. As always, all updates will still be available via WSUS, SCCM, and Windows Update – this change is only for manual downloads. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows.aspx

Correct is D, updates drivers will definitely be available in the device manufacturer website, those same drivers might not be available in Microsoft Windows Download Center.

MS drivers also tend to b more generic, & not as up to date as manufacturers website.
