Well I think most of us are confused with the term "additional". VN is additional and Public IP is optional.

The only thing in the list required for a VM to be created is : Answer A - Virtual Network All of the other are valid additional resources - but a VM can be created and accessed (internally) without them. A VNet is used to provide DHCP and Security Group services to the VM. Without it a VM couldn't obtain an IP Address. It is not possible to create an Azure VM without a vnet. I think this problem statement is not good.... On 07/12/2023, I answered A. We do not have to add a public IP address, but you must add a virtual network.
