right Firstly, Add a RADIUS Client to allow Server1 to send RADIUS authentication requests to Server2. Secondly, Create a Remote RADIUS Server group to define Server3 as the ultimate destination for authenticating requests. Thirdly, create a Connection Request Policy to forward all inbound authentication requests from Server1 to the Remote RADIUS Server group which includes Server3. So that Server2 act as a RADIUS proxy between Server1 and Server3. . .
