Shouldn't it be N/Y/N? 1: Mail gets redirected to user2 (No Mail for User3) 2: User1 sends an email (no matter who the recipient is) it gets redirectet to User2. So Rule 2 applies and Disclaimer1 gets added and further rule processing is stopped. 3: Only 1 disclaimer can be added as rule2 says stop processing more rules

Should bo No, No, No There is nothing about adding disclaimer for messages sent by User1 (unless the recipient is User2) Only 1 disclaimer can be added as the middle rule says stop processing more rules

Rule 1 redirects the email to user2. This activates rule 2 and now since the recipient is user2, the disclaimer is added. I tested it and got the disclaimer.

N Y N Only one disclaimer because rule 2 has "stop processing more rules", therefore the rule 3 cannot be enforced to add another disclaimer

imo Should be: Q1: No - Message is redirected to User2 Q2: No - Although a disclaimer is applied, if for any reason it cannot apply the disclaimer its fall back action is to ignore so it is not a guarantee that a disclaimer will be applied . Q3: No - Rule 2 is higher priority and has the stop processing more rules enabled

If sender is user1 then messages will be redirected to user2 so user3 will never get the message. More rules will be processed so a disclaimer will be added with rule2 to the message that was originally sent to user3. Answer should be NO on Q1 (User3 never gets the email) As all emails sent from user1 are redirected to user2 and rule2 adds a disclaimer and stops processing more rules answer should be YES to Question2 (A disclaimer is added to message) As rule2 is processed before rule3 and rule2 states that no further rules should be processed we should not be able to get two disclaimers. Answer to Question 3 should be no. So, answers should be "no, yes, no"
