This question should be A using Settings -> Work or School account. All I can find for dsregcmd usage is normally in a hybrid environment, this PC is in workgroup. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes but this is an azure ad only tenant so dsregcmd doenst apply, thats only for Hybrid
