D. Open solution in classic interface and delete the dashboards from the solutions or from the environment. Deleting dashboards from App Designer won't get rid of the list of dashboards in the current solution or environments. B is correct.

Yes correct, go the old interface to remove dashboards from the app. This is still not possible in the new UI at this moment.
