While you updating the App, in Access settings you see information: "Users and groups with access to this workspace can access this app." Both A and C are correct, but I'd rather choose A, because you add members in "workspace access", not "workspace settings" option.

agree....Previous" edit workspace" split to "workspace access" and "workspace setting" 2 options now, and user and group in the "workspace access"option. also update app -permission-access can edit users/groups.

Two way (as below links) to manage, both just need to add a member/user. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/collaborate-share/service-new-workspaces#roles-in-the-new-workspaces https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/service-datasets-build-permissions#ways-to-give-build-permission If only just configure the Access setting, just not clear and specific enough, becoz configure also means to change the roles between admin/member/contributor/viewer, whoever is gonna able to see the app workspace. So the only action possible here is to add a member/user. I go with C.

A, if click “Update” -> Tab “permission” (not Access setting) B, correct. C, from the App workspace “Access” setting, add a member D, Again, if Click “Update App” -> configure “Permission” setting.

It's A. C is wrong because you cannot do this without updating the app.

C is wrong. You can add members from "workspace access". Not from "access setting"

OK, C could be right BUT User1 wants to see the app in Myorganization, which requires that you update the app as public!

So according to this link - there is a feature called "Contact list" under the Workspace Setting pane but it is only available if you are creating a new Workspace... if I am interrupting this correctly. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-new-workspace-experience-general-availability-ga/

I thnik that it's C: From the app workspace settings, add a member. Because All the members of a workspace can automatically see the APP related to this workspace. So, we should add USER1 as a member is this workspace

Private means only members of the workspace can see its contents...This means User1 is not a member..The answer should be C ..Add member

App1 is an App that has already been published, rather than dashboards, reports, workbooks or datasets.
