Only the "Routing" role supports NAT protocol.

Microsoft was never one to be in touch with reality. Nobody connects an insecure Microsoft product directly connected to the internet.

It's a Microsoft certification exam testing knowledge of how to use Microsoft products. Whether said Microsoft products are good or not at their intended function is sort of besides the point here.

I think D (Routing) is correct. Please refer to following link. https://msftwebcast.com/2020/02/configure-lan-routing-in-windows-server-2019.html It says that Routing provides support for NAT Routers, LAN Routers running BGP, RIP, and multicast capable routers　(IGMP Proxy) .
