Answer looks right Computer 1 not linked to Intune = Can use Cortana Computer 2 is Intune only = Cannot use Cortana Computer 3 is hybrid but as the we set the value of "MDMWinsOverGP" to 1, Intune wins over GPO = Cannot use Cortana
