We should assume we've linked "Weekly_returns" and "sales" table with the new table resulting from the merge and first visual (sales by region) it's a simple one from all this data. I guess the tricky part in this question is about second requirement showing returns by "Region_manager" and "Sales managers" reporting to them as now this information is not split in two dimension tables but in the same table so we should build the suggested hierarchy from option D

The question is... What should you do next to meet the reporting requirements of the executives? There seem to be two requirements? 1) Executives require a visual that shows sales by region. 2) Executives require a visual that shows returns by region manager and the sales managers that report to them. They don't say to look at requirement 1???

D seems to be correct because the Executives will only be able to see Region managers and Sales managers that report to them in a hierarchy, besides there is nothing to measure there so A is actually wrong
