Correct, i made a user security admin and received the following message: No subscriptions found for current user. To view Service Health events, users must have the reader role on a subscription.

Can't deny that article states that, but I've just tested with all 4 permissions listed and can access the service health.

Answer is NOT correct. It should be Service Health blade. "The All services tab (the default view) shows all services, their current health state, and any active incidents or advisories. An icon and status in the Health column indicate the state of each service". https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/view-service-health?view=o365-worldwide For the first part, people who are assigned the global admin or service support admin role can view service health.

Check the link indicates User admin can view Service Health https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/permissions-reference#:~:text=This%20role%20also%20includes%20the%20ability%20to%20create%20and%20manage%20user%20views%2C%20manage%20support%20tickets%2C%20and%20monitor%20service%20health In the same link, check the following permission table for each role. You can find they all have "Read and configure Service Health in the Microsoft 365 admin center" and have already been tested. So answer is All users and Service Health

Answer: Admin1, Admin2,Admin3,Admin4 and Service Health All can view the service Health Blade. I test this by assigning the roles specified in the case study to different users and login with each user account to the admin portal of M365
