Membership type needs to be changed from Assigned to Dynamic user. This can be achieved in Azure Active Directory admin center by going to Groups and than select the group that you want to change the membership type. Answer is A.

No, the group type would be "security", "M365 group", "distribution group",etc. You need to create a dynamic group (membership type = dynamic) and then create membership rules for the attribute of department. So A is definitly correct

Agree with dhuba. Even the linked reference article shows Membership type, group type is already Microsoft 365 Group (created by the Teams itself) so it's only require to change it membership type to dynamic from assigned.
