o ensure that emergency calls placed to 9911 are routed to 911 in a Microsoft Teams Phone deployment, you should configure an outbound PSTN number translation rule.==A
Option C, an emergency call routing policy, and option D, an emergency calling policy, are both used to control how emergency calls are handled within the Microsoft Teams Phone system. However, they do not provide the ability to modify the called number before it is sent to the PSTN.
All of those saying C is the correct answer - Nothing in this questions states this is using Direct Routing. Note that Emergency call routing policies apply only to Direct Routing--they do not apply to Calling Plans or Operator Connect.
unclear question as this could be achieved using A, B, or C... for me most elegant would be dialplan manipulation to remove 9. Same could be achieved using C and emergency dial mask. In case of Direct routing, I would say A is easiest as it does not require assignment of additional policies to users.
